At Fogy Drone Services, your satisfaction is our top priority. We stand behind the quality of our aerial work and are committed to delivering results that meet your project’s specific needs.
1. Satisfaction Guarantee
We guarantee the quality of our deliverables. If the final footage, data, or service does not meet the agreed-upon specifications, we want to make it right.
2. Resolution Process
Before a refund is issued, Fogy Drone Services will make every reasonable effort to rectify the project. This may include:

Re-editing footage or photos.

Re-processing data or maps.

Conducting a follow-up flight (weather permitting) to capture specific missing details.
Our goal is to ensure you receive a final product you are happy with before concluding the service.
3. Refund Timeline & Eligibility
If we are unable to resolve the issue to your satisfaction after our best efforts:

14-Day Window: Refund requests must be initiated within 14 days of the service completion or delivery of files.

Full Refunds: If the service remains unsatisfactory after our attempts to correct it, a full refund will be granted.

Non-Refundable Items: Please note that once a project is approved and the 14-day window has passed, refunds are no longer available.
4. How to Initiate a Refund
To start a request, please contact us at info@fogydroneservices with your project details and a description of the issue. We will respond within 1 business days to begin the resolution process.
Weather Cancellation & Rescheduling Clause
Weather Safety Policy: At Fogy Drone Services, safety is our primary concern. Drone operations are subject to favorable weather conditions, including visibility, wind speeds, and precipitation.
Pilot Authority: The remote pilot in command (PIC) has the final authority to cancel or delay a flight if conditions are deemed unsafe (e.g., winds exceeding 20mph, heavy rain, or thick fog).
Rescheduling: If a flight is canceled due to weather, we will reschedule the operation at the earliest mutually convenient time at no additional cost to the client.
Refunds: If a weather-related reschedule is not possible within 7 days, a 100% refund of the deposit will be issued.
